They are looking for a skilled and experienced ERP Engineer in Cambridge who will collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and management teams to integrate the ERP system with the accounting platform and quality and product lifecycle processes.

Key skills required for this role:

• Proven experience deploying and supporting ERPNext/Frappe in a live production environment.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) administration skills, including server management, security, networking, backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with the ERPNext/Frappe stack (Bench, MariaDB, Redis, upgrades, site management), Python customisation, SQL reporting, and Git.
• Sound understanding of manufacturing ERP processes, including BOMs, MRP, inventory, procurement, and production.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, automation, user support, documentation, training, and change management, with a focus on security, system performance, and continuous improvement.

Principal C++ Engineer – £70k – £85k – Southampton

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a world leader in Automation solutions with offices in Southampton now seeking a Principal C++ Engineer with solid experience working on algorithm design for autonomous systems.

The company are rapidly expanding due to increased interest in their product range as well as developing bespoke solutions for customers. They’re developing a number of products that utilise RF connectivity and Robotics so require synchronisation in realtime.

As a Principal C++ Engineer in Southampton, you will be heavily involved in leading the development of both Userspace Linux applications and Algorithm design.

Key skills required for this Principal C++ Engineer:

• Degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar
• 5+ years commercial C++ or Python experience
• Good commercial experience working on Embedded Linux
• Experience working on Algorithm design for Control systems
• Ability to gain security clearance is essential

The company are able to offer circa £85,000.00 dependent on experience along with an excellent benefits package including bonuses. Due to the nature of the work, the company will need you onsite a 3 days a week with the rest of the time working remotely.
