Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

About the Role
LSEG’s Security Operations team safeguards our business using advanced tools and intelligence. As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in identifying cyber threats, analysing risks, and improving our defensive capabilities through curated threat intelligence and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate and respond to threat intelligence alerts

Collaborate across security teams to support intelligence-led investigations

Evaluate and integrate new intelligence sources into detection systems

Produce and curate actionable threat indicators and analysis

Track evolving cyber threats, tactics, and vulnerabilities

Contribute to detection rule development and threat-hunting initiatives

Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data handling
Skills & Experience
-
Experience collecting and analysing threat intelligence across sources

Solid understanding of network protocols, malware behaviours, and attacker TTPs
-
Proficient in security event triage and incident response

Familiarity with OSINT tools and platforms

Understanding of cyber frameworks (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS)

Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred: Certifications (e.g. OSCP, GIAC), scripting (Python, PowerShell), knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and experience with threat hunting
