Role Overview:
As a Developer Platforms Engineer in the Engineering Excellence & Productivity (EXP) team, you’ll enhance developer experience and productivity through modern tooling, cloud integration, and automation. You’ll help streamline workflows, boost delivery cadence, and enable secure, compliant development practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub)

Implement DevOps, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions

Improve developer onboarding and tool adoption
-
Support cloud development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
-
Automate code scanning and secret management (SonarQube, Trivy, Vault, etc.)
-
Collaborate across teams to scale and maintain platform reliability and performance

Support incident, change, and disaster recovery processes

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD practices

Proficient in programming (Java, C#, Python) and scripting (Terraform, Bash, Ansible)
-
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and container solutions
-
Familiarity with code quality and security tools (e.g., GitLeaks, Veracode)

Experience with source code and artifact management (GitHub, Nexus, JFrog)
-
Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred:
-
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure

Exposure to financial markets or regulatory environments

Knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Experience in project coordination or support roles
