Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of features from concept through to delivery and maintenance
- Make pragmatic technical decisions, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining high standards in communication, documentation, and testing
- Contribute across the stack, including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality software
- Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready applications
- Strong full stack development capabilities
