About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and ship features for North. You’ll help build AI agents that interact with secure enterprise data and work across the stack with an emphasis on minimal, performant, and secure code. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
What You’ll Do

Build features for North’s AI workspace (Python + React)

Develop agentic apps that access and interact with sensitive enterprise data

Write efficient, secure code for constrained environments

Collaborate with research teams to bring advanced models to production
You May Be a Good Fit If You:

Have shipped full stack (Python, React) code in production environments

Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced teams

Have experience in both startups and large organizations

Are comfortable navigating complex codebases and debugging beyond your stack

Have built performant agentic or RAG systems for large-scale use

Bonus: You have a strong design sense or creative background (portfolio/GitHub welcome!)
