The Opportunity

We’re working with a top-tier global financial institution seeking a highly skilled FX Options Developer to join a fast-paced front-office development team. This role supports a real-time, in-house risk and P&L platform used by FX Options trading desks across London, New York, and Hong Kong.

You’ll collaborate directly with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to deliver high-performance systems that are critical to daily trading operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and enhance a real-time risk and P&L platform for global FX Options desks.

  • Work closely with traders and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement impactful features.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, support) in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure accuracy, stability, and high performance under demanding trading conditions.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in a front-office software development role within banking or trading environments.

  • Strong skills in JavaScript (React) and C#.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering quality solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of FX Options, derivatives, or broader financial risk management concepts.
