Job Description
RF Design Engineer – Reading – £55,000 to £70,000
Hexwired Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding electronics manufacturer seeking a skilled RF Design Engineer to join their team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a new international product line, contributing to advanced RF systems used across global markets.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in RF circuit design and testing, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with international clients and internal teams. This is a fully onsite role due to the nature of the development projects.
Role Requirements:

Degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Electronic Engineering, RF Systems, Mathematics, or a related field

At least 5 years’ experience in RF design within a commercial environment

Extensive hands-on use of RF test and measurement equipment

Familiarity with EMC compliance standards is advantageous
-
Solid understanding of power supply design and its constraints
-
Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance
