Job Description

Scrum Master – London – £55k–£75k + Equity

Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days in-office)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (flexible for strong candidates)

Hexwired Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a leading software house in London, currently expanding to support a new product line. They’re seeking a Scrum Master to lead a team of 10+ engineers, playing a key role in delivery, architecture planning, and team coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Maths, or similar

  • Background in C++ development or technical domains (e.g., Gaming, CFD, O&G)

  • 4+ years as a team/project lead

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience gathering and managing customer requirements
