Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of Generative AI features within our Insight Engine. You’ll work at the cutting edge of LLMs, vector search, RAG, and NLP, building production-ready systems that solve real-world challenges at scale.
🚀 What You’ll Do

Build GenAI capabilities for search, summarization, recommendations, and Q&A.

Design RAG pipelines to ground LLMs in customer-specific data.

Develop prompt strategies and fine-tune models using Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs.

Deploy and scale models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on performance and cost.

Monitor and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, fairness, and relevance.

Implement AI guardrails for secure, explainable, and responsible AI.

Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver real impact.
🎯 What You Bring
-
5+ years in software/ML engineering, with strong NLP and GenAI experience.

Proficiency in Python, with skills in model training, evaluation, and integration.

Hands-on with LLMs, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and transformer models.

Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and API deployment.

Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and MLOps best practices.
