The Role
Join our Azure Engineering team as a Senior AI Platform Engineer, where you’ll help build and scale AI solutions on the Azure cloud. Collaborating with Microsoft, you’ll work on accelerating AI innovation across LSEG’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI tools that enhance developer productivity

  • Run POCs for GenAI and emerging technologies to assess value

  • Support and mentor teams using Azure AI and Data services

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to align with LSEG’s cloud infrastructure

  • Ensure best practices in AI model development, deployment, and governance

  • Stay current with AI trends to support continuous innovation

Your Profile
Must-have:

  • Strong hands-on experience building AI/data cloud solutions

  • Familiarity with Azure AI services and model deployment (AWS/GCP also a plus)

  • Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)

  • Skilled in Python, Go, or R

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices

  • Proficiency in Terraform and IaC tools

  • Relevant certifications (Azure AI/Data Scientist Associate or AWS/GCP equivalents)
