Senior Data Analyst
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 days/week)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + equity

What You’ll Do

Be part of an 8-person team across data analysis, engineering, and science, focused on product growth and global expansion

Analyse user behaviour to deliver insights that shape product decisions and growth strategies

Own the reporting suite – create and maintain dashboards, define KPIs, and enable self-serve analytics for teams across the business

Support the entire product lifecycle: from opportunity identification and strategy to feature evaluation and experimentation

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UX designers

Lead the development of data transformations and support testing and monitoring of key datasets
What You’ll Bring
-
4+ years’ experience in a dedicated analytics role (e.g. Data Analyst, BI Analyst)

2+ years working in a product-focused company

Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing for performance and maintainability

Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift)

Experience designing reusable data models for business use cases

Proven track record of mentoring junior team members and improving data workflows

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
