Senior Front-End Engineer – London (On-site) | Full-Time

About the Role
Join the team behind North, our enterprise AI workspace. North is a secure, customizable platform that integrates AI agents with sensitive business data and tools—transforming how companies work with AI.
As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll develop core features of North and contribute to the development of high-performance agentic applications. Security is critical, and at times you’ll need to build custom tools over using popular libraries.
What You’ll Do

Build and ship features for North’s front end (React)

Collaborate with researchers to deploy cutting-edge AI models

Create autonomous agent interfaces that handle sensitive data

Work around conventional tools to prioritize security and privacy
What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience shipping production-grade React apps

Adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Strong full-stack skills and debugging abilities

Experience in startups and/or large enterprise environments

Proven track record deploying high-performance RAG or agent systems

Bonus: Strong design sensibility or a creative portfolio (GitHub, personal projects, etc.)
