Product Engineer job in London – (Revenue & AI Systems)
We’re focused on building high-quality, reliable software and are looking for ambitious engineers who take full ownership across the development lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to shipping features and ensuring they deliver real value for customers.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll contribute to business-critical systems, working on scalable infrastructure, intelligent automation, and high-performance backend services.
What You’ll Work On
- Build AI-powered approval workflows that adapt to complex enterprise requirements, translating natural language rules into structured, auditable business logic
- Develop intelligent automation tools, including collections agents that manage payment follow-ups and escalation workflows autonomously
- Scale billing and revenue infrastructure to support significant growth, optimising for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability
- Design and implement distributed systems that process high-volume, real-time event streams
- Make architectural decisions that balance scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain infrastructure where accuracy and uptime are critical to business operations
Recent Product Deliveries
- Watchtower: a centralised control hub for AI agents, including automated contract intake and data extraction for billing workflows
- Integrated e-signature solution for seamless quote-to-signature experiences, reducing friction in deal closure
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system to manage permissions across APIs and user interfaces

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, high-performing engineering team, scaling towards 20+ developers. This is an opportunity to influence core architecture decisions while working on products already relied on by real customers.
