Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research through to final implementation.
• Design intuitive, user-centred experiences for complex digital products and services.
• Transform business challenges and customer needs into elegant design solutions.
• Conduct and apply user research insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and drive design strategy across key product areas.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of scalable design systems.
• Ensure consistency across products through reusable patterns, components, and best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, influencing product direction and business decisions.
• Mentor and support junior designers while promoting a strong design culture.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience designing complex digital products at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, problem-solving, and visual design expertise.
• Experience leading design initiatives within cross-functional product teams.
• Strong understanding of UX design, UI design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Experience designing products for large consumer-facing platforms or digital services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and user journeys.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

Technical Requirements

• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern product design tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design scalability.
• Knowledge of how design decisions translate into front-end development and implementation.
• Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies.
